This website is hosted on infrastructure operated by Hetzner Online GmbH, Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.

This website uses SSL/TLS encryption for security. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the padlock symbol or the https:// prefix in your browser's address bar. Data transmitted between your device and the server cannot be intercepted by third parties.

The hosting provider creates technical access logs that include IP address, timestamp, requested resource, HTTP status and user agent. These are used solely for security and operational stability and are deleted after 14 days at the latest. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

This website neither stores information on your terminal equipment nor accesses information already stored there. Consent under §25(1) TDDDG is therefore not required. Exception: if you change the language or theme selection, that preference is stored locally in your browser only and is never transmitted to us; it is strictly necessary for that feature under §25(2)(2) TDDDG.

This website does not set any cookies. No technically necessary cookies, no analytics cookies, no marketing cookies.

This website uses no analytics, no tracking pixels, no fingerprinting and no third-party scripts. No usage data is processed beyond the security logs described above.

If you contact us by email (e.g. at hello@boran-parot.family), we process the personal data you transmit to us — in particular your email address, your name where provided, and the contents of your message — solely to handle your inquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where your message concerns a possible purchase (e.g. acquisition of a domain or trademark from our portfolio); otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in responding). We do not disclose these data to third parties unless legally required to do so. Business-relevant correspondence is retained for up to ten years to comply with German commercial- and tax-law retention obligations (§ 147 AO, § 257 HGB); all other inquiries are deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their purpose, at the latest after twelve months.

No personal data is transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Both the seat of BORAN & PAROT Family GmbH and the hosting infrastructure in use are located in Germany.
